② During the long-distance transportation process, the oil and powder, in the sealed state, may blend, resulting in sporadic localized white powder appearing on the doll's skin surface.


The remedy is simple: a gentle wash and 24 hours in a well-ventilated space. You'll find that the initial scent naturally fades, leaving behind pure, lifelike skin that warms naturally to your touch.

How do I clean my doll after using it?

1. Wash

Always ensure your device is powered off before cleaning. You can clean the device using warm water (under 50°C/122°F) and a mild, unscented soap. We have meticulously engineered a comprehensive waterproof architecture to safeguard the internal electronics. You can safely submerge the device in water for cleaning, and flush water directly through the internal channel.


Just keep these details in mind:

  • Please do not aim the water stream directly at the power switch, and towel dry promptly after washing.
  • Please keep the power turned off when cleaning the doll. If the suction mode is activated underwater, water may enter through the air vent on the control unit and damage the internal components.

2. Dry & Protect

Pat dry the water on the doll's skin surface. with a lint-free microfiber towel. Immediately after washing, thoroughly dry the area around the control switch. It is critical to prevent water droplets from entering the air vents.


For the internal channel, Insert a drying stick, microfiber towel, or moisture-absorbing sponge into the channel. Press on the abdomen and buttocks of the sex doll to help drain moisture from the tunnel. Do not leave these inside for more than 30 minutes to prevent bacterial growth or material damage.


For a 100% dry finish, use a cold-air USB blower or an aquarium air pump to ensure no residual moisture remains deep inside. (Never use a hot hair dryer. Heat will melt and permanently ruin the TPE.)

Gently massage the oil into the surface and allow it to absorb for about 3 hours. Afterward, use a microfiber towel to pat dry any residual oil.


If you notice any hair, lint, or fine fibers on the skin, use wide packing tape to gently dab and lift them away. This is an effective way to clear the surface without damaging the TPE.


Finally, to eliminate any remaining tackiness, apply renewing powder (cornstarch or talc-free baby powder) to the exterior surface. This restores the soft, silky feel. Never apply oil or powder inside the internal channel.

Once maintenance is complete, return your Salorein to its original, custom-contoured packaging.


This specialized environment is engineered to support the torso’s weight in its optimal alignment, preventing long-term deformation or "flat spots."

How to handle stains on the doll?

Mild staining: Apply a small amount of baby oil or mineral oil to the stained area.

Moderate Staining: Gently wipe 1-2 times with TPE Cleaner, or repeat as needed. If stain persists, apply more cleaner and let sit for 1-2 hours before wiping again.

Severe Staining: Use Discoloration Cream, apply with a cotton swab, wait 8-24 hours, then wipe clean with a cotton pad.

What should I do if my doll’s skin starts peeling?

Skin peeling on dolls is usually caused by improper maintenance or excessive cleaning. Regularly applying oil to your doll helps slow down skin oxidation and aging.

Generally, applying oil after each cleaning can effectively protect the doll’s skin. The frequency of oil application should be adjusted based on usage, and we recommend using baby oil or mineral oil.

If peeling occurs, follow these steps to care for your doll:

  • Thoroughly dry the doll’s tunnels and skin, ensuring there is no residual moisture.
  • Once the doll is completely dry, apply a small amount of baby oil or mineral oil to the skin multiple times in thin layers.
  • Allow the skin to fully absorb the oil in a well-ventilated area.
  • Apply Renewal Powder or baby powder to keep the doll’s skin smooth and shiny.
What should I do if my doll develops mold?

Good cleaning habits are the best way to prevent mold growth. We recommend cleaning the doll’s tunnel immediately after use. If the tunnel remains damp for an extended period, mold and bacteria can thrive, putting the doll in an unhealthy state. A moldy doll is not suitable for use. Avoid leaving drying sticks in the tunnel for too long.

If mold is found in the tunnel, stop using the doll immediately to ensure hygiene and safety. Even if the mold is removed, invisible spores may remain. Therefore, always ensure the tunnel is thoroughly dried during routine cleaning. Moisture and a closed environment can easily lead to mold regrowth.
