Can you ship to a PO Box address or Pickup point address?

It depends on the items you are ordering and your preferred delivery method.

1. Shipping to PO Boxes

Accessories: Yes. We can ship accessories to PO Boxes via standard carriers like USPS.

Dolls: No. Due to weight and size restrictions, dolls require a standard physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please ensure your house number and street details are accurate at checkout.

2. Shipping to Pickup Points

Yes. If you prefer not to receive the doll at your doorstep, you can enter the address of a nearby pickup point. Please note our standard carrier assignment rules:

Dolls are randomly assigned to UPS or FedEx.


Accessories are randomly assigned to USPS, SpeedX, UniUni, GOFO, Yanwen, etc, and specific courier companies are not supported.

Important: If your chosen pickup location requires a specific courier, please email us (service@salorein.com) immediately after placing your order, so that we can arrange the corresponding courier to deliver your doll.

How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your package. Please note that it is normal for the tracking information to not update for 1-3 business days while the package is in transit to the courier. If there is no update for an extended period, please contact us.

My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your package is marked as delivered on the carrier's weebsite but you have not received it, please check locationssuch as your porch,backyard, garage, or any place where the package might: have been left. Also, ask anyone who might have pickedit up for you. If you stillcannot find it, please contact the carrier and inform us sowe can assist you in resolving the issue.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged?

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage:

If the outer box is opened or the product’s packaging is damaged.
If the outer box has noticeable water stains.

In such cases, immediately take photos or videos as evidence and check the inner packaging for damage. File a claim with the carrier and contact us if further assistance is needed.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please promptly provide photos and videos to the carrier for a claim. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.

Which shipping carrier do you use to deliver my parcel?

We offer flexible shipping options across the U.S. via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, alongside efficient local partners like Speedx and UniUni.

How can I change my shipping address?

For this question, there are two situations in all.
Situation 1:
You can change the shipping address before your order is shipped. But please note that we process orders within 24 hours, so if you need to modify the shipping address, please provide us with the new shipping address as soon as possible.

Situation 2:
Once the package has left our warehouse and is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address for you directly. In this case, you can contact the courier directly using the tracking number we provide to arrange for the package to be delivered to a nearby pickup point. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange for the package to be returned and resent to the correct address. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

What is your warranty policy?

Salorein sets the highest after-sales standard in the industry—an exclusive commitment. Our warranty policy features two primary coverages:

Torso Material Warranty (90 Days): Covers the physical body, specifically the external TPE flesh and physical structure. Within 90 days of delivery, If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us with photos or a video. We arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.

Mechanical & Technical Warranty (1 Year): Covers the internal mechanical and technical components: the suction and vibration modules. Within one year of delivery, should the mechanical or technical components require servicing, please reach out to us with a description of the issue. There is no need to return the torso, we will directly provide you with a brand-new replacement.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Customers have the right to cancel their order before shipment without providing any reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify our customer service representative with a clear statement indicating their decision to terminate the contract.

To help us process your cancellation request more efficiently, we kindly suggest including the reason for cancellation in your email. This will allow us to better assist and improve our service.

*Please note that once the package is shipped from our warehouse (e.g., we send you the tracking number), the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, please do not open the package after receiving it, and send a photo of the unopened package to our support email address. We will then arrange the return for you. For more information about returns, please refer to our return policy.

To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend that you carefully confirm the details of your order before completing it.

Can I change my product after they are received and opened?

If you do not open the package within 14 days of receiving the product, it can be returned.
If you have opened the plastic bag outside the doll or when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. Due to the nature of the products and their usage, we do not support returns. Because if other customers received the doll with the plastic bag opened, they will worry about their health and safety.
Please confirm the product and color you want to buy before placing the order, so as to avoid your loss due to your decision.

1. Before shipment:

If you want to change the color/product, please contact our support email. We can change the product/color for you. Or cancel the order and place a new one.

2. During shipment:

Under this condition, you can return your order after you receive it. So in order to avoid unnecessary cost, please confirm your order carefully. However, for the return caused by non-quality problems, the customer needs to pay 15% of the cost as the product replenishment fee. Then you can place your order again.

Please be careful not to open the package before returning it. And tell the courier not to open the package.

3. After shipment:

If you don't like the product and the outer film of the product is not opened, please take a picture and contact our support email at various websites. After our review is completed, we will provide the return information. And please provide us with your tracking number after you send the package.

After our warehouse staff receive the goods, you will be given a refund, but please note that we will not refund your shipping costs. In addition, we will deduct 15% of the cost of transportation for the refund caused by your personal reasons other than quality problems. Then you can place your order again.

What should I know when I need to return my product?

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please keep the following in mind:

14-Day Returns: You can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the factory seal or plastic packaging is broken.

Easy Process: Always contact our Customer Service team to authorize your return first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed for a refund.

Fees & Shipping: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return processing time: 3-5 business days

1-Year Warranty: We stand behind our quality. We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact us for a free replacement of any defective or incorrect items.

Note: "Not liking" an item after use does not qualify as a defect due to the intimate nature of our products.

When can I receive my refund?

1. If customers cancel order before shipment, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers. After the order is canceled, the system will process the refund to the customer's payment account.
2. If it is a return refund, we will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection.(Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the product replenishment fee)
3. If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative, and we will arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.
4. Please note, an item is not deemed defective if just because you do not like it after you receive it or use it. Due to the nature of the products and their usage, we cannot offer a refund in these situations.

Will my package be discreet?

Your privacy is very important to us. We understand that you may not want others to know what you have ordered. That's why all our packages are sealed and 100% confidential.

We will deliver your order in plain cardboard boxes, with no mention of Salorein. There are no pictures or text on the outside of the box indicating the contents of the items. There is absolutely no way to know what is inside the package or who the sender is.

In addition, some dolls can be heavy and difficult to move. Salorein has added a black carrying bag to help with this issue.Therefore, not only will your doll arrive completely confidential and safely in your hands, but once you unpack the package and discard the Salorein product box, the black carrying bag and foam packaging will further protect your privacy while also making it easier for you to move the doll.

What should I do before the first use?

While the device arrives with a partial charge, we recommend a full charge before your first use to ensure peak performance and battery longevity.

How often do I need to clean my dolls?

Cleaning your doll affects the hygiene and longevity of the doll.

We recommend cleaning the doll before using it for the first time, directly after each use, and at least every 2-4 weeks (regardless of usage). This should be the perfect balance between hygiene and ensuring the doll lasts as long as possible.

How do I clean my dolls?

Cleaning a sex doll after use is a simple process that can be completed in just a few minutes with the right tools. Here's a guide on how to keep your sex doll looking as good as new using the recommended tools:
Important: Ensure the device is powered off before cleaning your doll.

1. Flushing the Doll's Vagina:
Using Salorein Sex Doll Care Kit: Install the portable sex doll cleaning machine: Gently twist and unscrew the nozzle from the enema ball, squeeze the ball to release air, then fully submerge the ball in warm water and release, screw the nozzle back onto the ball to complete the installation.

Insert the tip with the sprinkler hole fully into the doll's tunnel. Squeeze the ball to let warm water spray into the doll's tunnel through the sprinkler hole.

2. If mild soap or shower gel was used, rinse the doll's passage repeatedly until all foam is gone.

3. Shake or squeeze out most of the water from inside the doll.

4. Gently insert the drying stick into the tunnel to absorb the residual moisture. After that, you can squeeze the doll's abdomen and buttocks appropriately to facilitate the drying stick to absorb the moisture inside.

5. Remove the water-absorbing stick after leaving it for about 30-60 minutes. Do not leave the drying stick in the tunnel for a long time to avoid tearing the tunnel. If you find that there is still moisture in the tunnel after removing the drying stick, you can replace it with another drying stick and leave it for about 30 minutes. The water-absorbing stick can be reused. It is recommended to clean it after each use and place it in a ventilated place to dry.

6. To pat dry the doll's skin, gently pat the skin with a soft cloth while it's damp. Avoid excessive force.

7. After removing most of the water from the doll's body, let it stand for an hour to air dry naturally. Then, you can apply skin rejuvenating powder to the doll's body (only on the exterior) to emit a pleasant fragrance and prevent skin stickiness. Avoid applying the powder when the doll is very wet.

8. Gently place the doll into the Salorein polycarbonate box, zip up the black handbag to protect privacy and prevent dust.

* Note: please remove the drying stick before storing to avoid channel tearing. And ensure that the doll's tunnel is completely dry that no moisture remains to prevent the growth of bacteria and mould.

How do I dry my dolls after cleaning?

After cleaning your doll, it is crucial to ensure that the skin is thoroughly dried. Wet skin is more prone to tearing and abrasions.


1. To dry your doll, gently pat the damp skin with a soft cloth. Avoid applying excessive force.

2. Use drying stick - Gently insert the drying stick into the tunnel to absorb any remaining moisture. Then squeeze the doll's abdomen and buttocks appropriately to help the drying stick absorb the moisture inside.

3. Remove the water-absorbing stick after leaving it for about 30-60 minutes. Do not leave the drying stick in the tunnel for a long time to avoid tearing the tunnel. If you find that there is still moisture in the tunnel after removing the drying stick, you can replace it with another drying stick and leave it for about 30 minutes. The water-absorbing stick is reusable. It is recommended to clean it after each use and place it in a ventilated place to dry. (Do not use a hair dryer or any other heating device)

4. Place the doll in a room with air conditioning or a fan to allow it to air dry naturally.

5. Once the doll is completely dry, you can apply Renewal Powder. Body powder (or baby powder) not only provides a natural fragrance but also a soft touch to the doll's skin. If your doll feels sticky, simply reapply a small amount of body powder.

*Please remove the drying stick before storing to avoid channel tearing. And ensure that the doll's tunnel is completely dry that no moisture remains to prevent the growth of bacteria and mould.

How to apply oil to the doll's skin?

Oiling can replenish the oil in the doll's skin, especially if it becomes dry. However, do not oil too frequently—only when needed, depending on the doll’s condition.
1. While the entire doll is dry, massage the oil gently into the doll’s skin (think of it as a massage, not a full bath).
2. Absorption: Allow the oil to absorb for about 3 hours (or 12 hours for petroleum jelly).
3. After 3 hours, most of the oil should be absorbed, but there may be some leftover in areas like hollows.
4. Use a microfiber towel to pat dry any excess oil, dirt, or stains. Avoid rubbing, as it can cause micro abrasions.

* Once the oil is fully absorbed, lightly dust the skin with baby powder or cornstarch. This helps maintain a realistic, silky texture and prevents any surface stickiness.

How & Where do I store my sex doll?

1. Before storing, ensure that the tunnels and skin of your sex doll are completely dry. Our products come with privacy packaging, ensuring that your doll can accompany you for a long time. The polystyrene packaging and the doll fit snugly, providing dust protection, oxidation prevention, and avoiding deformation of the doll's soft chest/hips. To keep your doll in pristine condition, we recommend avoiding dark-colored clothing. If you do choose dark outfits, please wash them several times before dressing your doll, and keep sharp objects away to protect the skin’s delicate texture.

If staining occurs: Apply a small amount of baby oil or a specialized TPE cleaner to the affected area. Gently wipe the stain 1–2 times, or repeat as needed until the mark fades. Regular care and maintenance will ensure your doll stays in optimal condition for years to come.

What supplies do I need to maintain my doll?

Using the right cleaning and maintenance products can better protect your sex doll:
