Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours (in stock) and will enjoy free shipping service (excluding remote islands), with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

The United States :

  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is completely free.
  • Carriers: 

    Doll: UPS, FedEx (Carrier is randomly assigned, customer selection and delivery to PO Boxes are not supported.)

    Accessories: USPS, SpeedX, UNIUNI, GOFO, Yanwen, OnTrac, etc. (Carrier is randomly assigned. However,accessories can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS.)

    Important Notes: If your chosen pickup location requires a specific courier, please email us (service@salorein.com) immediately after placing your order, so that we can arrange the corresponding courier to deliver your doll.


Note: Due to distance, $200 will be charged for the package to Hawaii and Alaska regions.
An additional delay of up to 2 business days on top of a regular 3-5 business days period should be expected. That is due to the variable time it takes to process and approve your order.

Expanding Our Reach
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. However, we are working hard to bring Salorein to Canada and the European Union soon. Stay tuned for updates.
